The pore sizes of the copper filter elements formed by copper powders of different diameters vary, with corresponding precisions ranging from 3 to 100 microns. The larger the mesh number, the smaller the precision. The size and shape can be customized according to the usage requirements of different manufacturers.The same as the stainless steel sintered filter disc, during the sintering process, the melting point of the material is controlled. The sintered filter element has good strength, can be machined, riveted, and backwashed for cleaning.
